Advance Directives help your loved ones and health providers understand your health-related wishes when you cannot speak for yourself. \nNo matter what chapter in life you are currently in\, having an Advance Directive can be used as a compass when faced with difficult life decisions. \nWhat will be covered? \n–    Who needs to have an Executed Advanced Directive and why? \n–    How to fill out an Advance Directive \n–    Where should you keep an Advance Directive? \n–    How often should you update an Advance Directive? \nJill Wisehart\, The Managing Partner for the Paper Catalyst\, brings her life experience in the value of documenting key information for your current and future chapters of life. \nDr. Maurice “Scotty” Scott will share information and will be available to answer questions. Dr. Scott practices with the University of Palliative Medicine Service.
